You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of credentials and all activity under your account.

4.Subscription & Payments

• Billing: Recurring charge as shown at checkout.
• Automatic Renewal: Auto-renews unless you cancel at least 1 business day before renewal.
• Refunds: Non-refundable except as required by law.
• Price Changes: With notice; continued use = acceptance.

5.Content & License

All content provided through PrepHooks is owned by us or licensors. Personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for exam prep only. No scraping or AI training without consent.

6.User Content & AI Features

You may submit feedback and grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license. AI outputs are informational only.

7.Acceptable Use

• Use the Service unlawfully — prohibited.
• Post harmful content — prohibited.
• Attempt unauthorized access — prohibited.
• Use bots/scrapers — prohibited.

8.Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

9.No Warranty

Provided "as is" and "as available". Use at your own risk.

10.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability capped at amount paid in preceding 12 months or $50 USD.

11.Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless PrepHooks from claims arising from your use.

12.Dispute Resolution

Binding arbitration via Lagos Multi-Door Courthouse per Arbitration and Conciliation Act Cap A18. Class actions waived.

13.Governing Law

Governance by laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, courts of Lagos State.
